In late May this year, Mr Lim Seng attempted to be the first Singaporean to reach for the edge of space by crossing the Armstrong Line.

​

Quantum 1, the space capsule piloted by Mr Lim, was launched using a high altitude stratospheric balloon from the Australian outback. However, due to a depressurisation anomaly, the mission was aborted for his safety.

In great endeavours like Mr Lim’s, setbacks are common.
